Going To My Roots

My life has been VERY busy lately. I have not had time for anything except school and work and it's stressing me out. (I'm home sick today cause of it so that is why I actually have had a chance to update this blog) But I see a light at the end of the tunnel so I cannot stop now! Until that light at the end of the tunnel comes, Nick has let me take a MUCH needed break and head up north to Vancouver the first part of November! YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! eh

Now I know what you are thinking, "Who wants to go to Vancouver at the start of Novemeber?" well friends, that person is me. I am staying with my bestest childhood friend Allie (and we are stoked and talked on the phone for a long time today) and I am going to my friend Sarah's baby shower, also excited for, and I am going to do lots of other fun things!

I can't wait to go! Everynight before I go to sleep I lie there SUPER excited to get off the plane and smell the fresh air, see the green city once again, and stay with very dear friends! I told Nick, (after I thank him for letting me go 12x day) that I want to buy a sweatshirt and a bunch of chocolate bars and he said I can't buy chocolate bars, but I can buy candy bars. Such an American :) lol

So if any of you want me to pick you up a little piece of Canada, you let me know. I know my brother Geoff will be there the 30th of Oct., so he probably won't need anything, but if anyone else. Mom, I know to get you Macintosh toffee :) There will be MANY pictures of the trip when I get back but hopefully I will make a post before that time comes.

Until then, I am recovering from a terrible trip to a terrible state, New Jersey (yuck) and I am off to Boston this week, then Concord, CA next, then home until my SLC event, then home until VANCOUVER! SUPER EXCITED!
