I'VE DONE IT!

It's official!  I've made perfect chocolate chip cookies! They were soft, thick, and the perfect amount of chewy-ness!  They were SO perfect I've afraid to try again- I mean that.
EVERY single time I have EVER made chocolate chip cookies they were either too hard, not enough chocolate chips, too much chocolate chips, too runny so they would run all over the pan & you would just have a chocolate chip crepes!
So I had to post a blog about them because I'm still patting myself on the back for them :)

Amber! Here is the Crinkle recipe.
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. oil
2 t. baking powder
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour

In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, granulated sugar, chocolate, oil, powder, and vanilla w/ an electric mixer. Beat in as much flour as you can w/ the mixer. Stir in remainder. Cover and chill dough for 1-2 hours or until easy to handle.

Shape dough into 1'' balls. Rolls them in powered sugar & coat generously. Place on cookie sheet 1 '' apart. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. cool on wire rack.

Eat. Delicious :) I loved making the dough for you! It's always fun to cook when someone gets excited about what you make!
