31 Weeks and counting...

Here I am 31 weeks and the countdown continues. Only 9 more weeks to go! I had a doctors visit yesterday and she said everything was perfect. Baby is the right size and getting all the proper amounts of nutrients and I am doing great with swelling, growing, and weight gain. So hopefully it all stays the same and I can get some things in our house packed up before I am out of commission :)

Kate came into this world on February 9th and I am in love with this little critter! She just makes me so happy and excited to be a mom- with her chubby little self and full head of hair! The cutest thing ever-

p.s. I am doing great pregnancy wise. A couple sick days, sore back, swollen feet, and acid reflux, but with 10 weeks left on the countdown I feel pretty lucky.

Kids Meal's

My co-workers like to tease me because I order off of kids menu's. Today for example, work ordered Cafe Rio and I chose the tortilla soup (because it's tasty) and they teased me about getting something equivalent to a kids meal. I like kids menu's! I like their size and I like their price! I have never seen a child eat a whole kid's meal, either because they get distracted by the toy, or it's just too big. So here I am, coming up on my 28th birthday, and I'll proudly admit- I still order off of the kids menu!

Annual Scrapbook Fest

Once a year my sisters and I get together to scrapbook. Well the truth is, to catch up on scrapbooking. And for those that think we just sit around eating, gossiping, and watching tv- you are totally wrong. It's 8 hours a day of scrapbooking!! My mom came with us this year and she was totally suprised by how much we did. But now I can say I am officially all caught up and only have a baby book to start on. (very excited for that)

So we spent the weekend scrapbooking, loving Whitney's new place, watched my nephew Nate pass the sacrament, sang happy first birthday to nephew Austin, and oh course, did a little shopping and eating :) I love these women!

Christmas 2010

For Christmas 2010 Nick and I spent it in Springville with my family. We had a great Christmas filled with my funny family and delicious food! Christmas eve we went over to my brother Geoff and sister-in-law Leah's house. Ate our nick-nack meal of crab, 'Meg's meatballs' (patent recipe), egg rolls, and yes, oh yes, chicken pillows and 7 layer dip. I love our family's Christmas eve tradition!!

Christmas morning we were awaken by London (the dog we were watching) then my niece and nephew were quick to follow. We sat upstairs waiting for my parents for about an hour. (sleep in, shower, get ready..oh parents!) They didn't realize the kids were patiently waiting downstairs to come up so it was a little funny!

The Christmas day we drove up to Elise's house for dinner and games. And then the ladies did a little Wii dancing game. Quit funny to see pregnant Leah and I doing the body rolls the dancing game required. haha Overall what a great holiday! I love Christmas time mostly because it's wonderful to spend it with family-

Graduation for me!!!!

It's official. I am graduated!!!! After my last final in the testing centre, Nick brought me a slice of red velvet cake from CPK and put it on the window sill at BYU that everyone puts things on. (If you've gone there than you can understand that) So when that diploma comes it will be framed and on the wall! (Should come in 10 days!!) So happy and so excited to be done. Nick took me out for dinner and then we went to Barnes and Noble and looked for baby names. Such a great night!
